Jill’s Restaurant is a modern bistro located in the St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, Colorado.  The restaurant encourages sustainable, organic farming practices and highlights contemporary American cuisine with a Mediterranean accent.

The restaurant features 70 seats, a full bar and one of the most beautiful private dining rooms in the city, the Honey-Onyx Room.  During the summer months, the Terrace of the restaurant offers the best outside dining experience that boasts stunning views of the Flatirions.

Jill’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and features several culinary events throughout the month from family style pre fixed dinners to our Tuscan Table lunch buffet and cooking classes.
