Jill’s Restaurant features our Tuscan Table lunch buffet every Monday through Friday and it is our version of a New York City power lunch.
Each day Chef Laurent and his culinary team walk through the coolers in the kitchen and hand select ingredients that are used to create various antipasti salads, homemade pizzas from our wood stone oven, and our soup of the day. Many of the ingredients chosen for the Tuscan Table are sourced locally and several of them contain aromatics that are grown in the St Julien garden during our spring and summer months.
Recently for the winter months we have added a Pasta Bar where our guests can choose from over 20 different ways to create your own pasta.
We are often asked in the morning by our guests what the menu will be for the day and more often than not, we are unable to speak of it because it is being created as we speak. Each day we feature the following items:
- Soup of the Day
- Antipasti Bar & Composed Salads
- Pressed Panini of the Day
- Elaborate “Create Your Own” Pasta Bar
- Pizza & Strombolis from the Wood Stone Oven
- Roast or Fish of the Day
- Chef's Selection of Desserts
Reservations are recommended for lunch daily.
